When they send the graphic card to replace my GTX on RMA, they write to me the issue of my old graphic card?? i say, they write me explaining what was the problem with the gtx or they dont say nothing?

Usually EVGA just sends out the replacement card, unless there is something wrong and they need to contact you first.

Per our testing the GPU you had sent back did not pass our tests, which means that it did have a problem.  I hope this information helps.

"Per our testing the GPU you had sent back did not pass our tests."   It means the GPU was defective. Beyond that, would serve no useful purposed to the end user and would be a huge waste of time responding in detail as to the precise failure mechanism of the GPU.
Secondarily, once it fails their testing, then EVGA's issue becomes whatever warranty claims THEY have with THEIR supplier, Nvidia. That's where the precise failure may be relevant. I do not know what agreements EVGA has with Nvidia regarding RMA returns but I know they do.

and one question, when are gonna the status of my gpu change? because it arrived on 23th and today is 28 :(
