Z15 Numlock Not Working

I have installed the Unleash Software and did the firmware update but when I hit the numlock key I hear a beep the light comes on but the numpad doesn't work.  Any ideas?  I'm sure I'm missing something.

Edit: I found my ease of access in windows control panel had the "Turn on Mouse Keys" on for some reason.  Never noticed before since I was using a 10 keyless keyboard before.

    Thanks for reaching out. Can't say I have heard that even using a 60 or 65er. Thanks for letting us know we will add this to our list to things to check for. Have a good rest of your weekend.
