Hello forum,
I managed to get my hands on a 3080 FTW3 ultra in December - awesome card. In the meantime I've been struggling for 60 days trying to purchase extended warranty.
When I try to purchase warranty directly from the "my products page" I get an error whenever I'm redirected to PayPal. EVGA has responded, that the direct website purchase isn't available for costumers in Denmark. Bummer....
They have provided me with a Dutch PayPal email instead, I can send the money too.
However... I can't send any money to EVGA's Dutch PayPal email. Whenever I try, PayPal tells me I need to add a payment method, al though I already have money in my PayPal wallet (wallet is set as preferred) and got a VISA attached to the PayPal as well. This only appears, when the receiver is EVGA's Dutch PayPal email - to everyone else it's fine.
I tried sending money with just the VISA on my PayPal, just money in my wallet, with both the VISA and wallet, with my girlfriends PayPal account and a VISA and with my mums PayPal account with a MasterCard - nothing works. No one can send money to EVGA's Dutch PayPal email.
As said earlier - I can send money to all other emails though.
Have anyone, perhaps Danish customers, tried anything like me?

None tried anything similar?
I've been in contact with EVGA support, but time between reply is 5-10 working days, and it seems like it's 2 step forwards, 1 step backwards, since I'm talking to a new rep. every time. (Hence we've been on this for almost 60 days)
Hopefully there is a solution with a bank transfer as a possibility soon - but there must be other customers, experiencing something similar, who might know something. (Fingers crossed).

It's always good when you talk to support to get a ticket number or reference number to write down so if you talk to someone new on another call you can give the reference number and they can look up the notes from the previous conversation. It's just overall good advice regardless of the company you are getting support from since sometimes things happen like a call gets dropped.

@Hoggle. I totally agree. I submitted the ticket/question in the Online Service Center. The history of our correspondence is attached to my 3080 GPU history I believe - and I can access the history, see Pending Question, Questions and answers, so EVGA must be eligible to this as well. I don't believe I can do more than I've already done. Every response shows in our chat history threat.

I've started submitting PDF's with photos and text explaining how it looks 'on my end' and screenshots of my conversations with PayPal, where PayPal explains how everything is fine on my end.
-Which is why I believe it perhaps could be a general thing with Danish customers - and someone might have a clever workaround.
