Scan.co.uk have advised they have no eta on "400-HY-1988-B1".

The Forwarding mail carriers are not blacklisted - you just need to add your identifier to the 2nd line of the address.
The issue is that EVGA will only accept US encoded card with a US billing address. If you try and use your Paypal account - it states

There is no work around for us in Europe trying to order from evga.com
 
EVGA has abandoned the EU Store since basically the 9* series when the stock disappeared overnight and they stated they were moving warehouses - which was a load of rubbish.
I use to deal with Ben Wilson who was the Sales Manager for EVGA UK / Ireland at the time - think he disappeared around the same time they stopped supporting eu.evga.com which was 2015/2016 - and doesn't look to have been replaced.
SCAN were the official EVGA UK Partner for years but I rang them & emailed the other day about the Hybrid kits and they advised -
"" We have checked with our supplier and have confirmed this product has not been added to our new products list as yet - therefore we have no ETA"
 
I don't know why, but EVGA is only concentrating on the US region full stop for anything these days !

Surely Demand in the EU is not the issue ?
They are the 2nd most popular brand in the UK after Asus if you look at GPU Sales follow through stats on SCAN and Overclockers.

What bothers me is they aren't even trying anymore - locking down stock to the US market primarily.
Its just frustrating.
If you have a friend living in the US, you can get them to process the order for you on their Credit Card but I don't feel that should be needed.
Anyhow, I decided to write an email to the sales channel today but would be surprised if I got any sort of response .

If only I didnt need to sleep.
Those 10 pieces were already sold out. this is regular torture....
 

 

Reach out to Jacob on twitter - his handle is @EVGA_JacobF  - he tweeted last night that the Hybrid kits were on the EVGA EBAY store for international customers to order. I bought the first one and then came in here and updated this thread with the links.

I sent a complaint email to managers in US and EU yesterday recapping my experience purchasing EVGA products over the last 12 years and how the experience has changed giving examples etc..

They are still available on the EVGA store , so if you ask Jacob if some more can be added to the EVGA EBAY Store - he may be able to allocate more units ??

5 of them went up during EU night time, ofc sold out when i awoke.
Harder to get than an actual 3080. Is there anyway we can get notified or something? Or maybe EVGA could list them during the morning so we get a chance to nab one :)

I really dont know why listing a product in eu is taking too long like this when they have 3080 ftw3 hybrid in stock in us.

Please list hybrid coolers for EVGA EU store...  Ebay was expensive...Very high shipping cost and tax, we get Hybrid cooler for ~ 200-220 USD, thats unnaceptable...

Worth keeping an eye on the official EVGA ebay.com store. I bought my XC3 hybrid kit from there and they shipped to the UK.

Note they seem somehow overpriced compared to EVGA US price + shipping (but they are available...).
 
Ordered one yesterday evening. Got confirmation + UPS track number this morning.

I ordered one from alternate.de 3 days ago, im in hungary. 3 days and i only got an email after the order : "You will shortly receive an offer from us including all costs (VAT and shipping costs).". 3 days and i got nothing more...

Same behaviour here. Not the first time it happens either, it would seeem that orders from outside of Germany aren't being handled properly, or at all.
