Whenever I try to upload the invoice either via link sent to email or on the FAQ page of the website, I get directed to a page where I need to enter my password, once that's done, it just brings me to the profile member page. I've tried on 3 different browsers. Same story goes for when I try to reach Contact Customer Service or Email Customer Service. Links or site cookies seem broken. I've even cleared the cache and cookies from browser and tried again. What a joke.

Hey benjtheman, there are post requirements to post links, and also private message. It has to do with keeping the daily spammers at bay. Post Requirements for Private Messaging & Linking Unfortunately, due to spammer and fake accounts we have needed to implement post requirements for certain features on our forums. You will not be able to send a private message to another member or add a link to your posts until you reach that required post count. You will need to reach: - 10 posts to send a private message
- 30 posts to embed a link in a post
There is an acceptable workaround for posting links until you reach 30 posts. If you are a newer member and need to add a link, you can simply put spaces in your links such as: https:// forums. evga. com. https://forums.evga.com/Ultimate-SelfStarter-Thread-For-New-Members-m2966554.aspx Here is the contact info for support. Those links were irrelevant. I only copied Contact Customer Service & Email Customer Service from the bottom of the page and it probably pasted them as links in my post.

Both worked for me just now - using Google chrome at work.( which is kinda locked down a little bit by I.T. )
I can reach the registration page, it's when I try to access the page to upload an invoice that it just cycles back around to the main support landing page. Edit: nevermind, I can get it from the link you provided.
