I am sad.  That could have been one of the greatest games ever made, yet as my epilogue with Panam played out, and just as I was feeling a real sense of emotion, there she was, floating again.  My dialog jumbled with other characters.  What a mistake.  Game was almost epic, and now I am just glad it's over.

I found it entertaining, but over hyped.

The Epilogue can last at least 5 hours, depending on how you play it - if you don't play at least that far you're definitely missing out.

It's no Witcher 3, but it's a fun game.  Saying that as someone that has 240 or so hours in it at this point.  My experience has been relatively bug free, unlike most people.

I think you are confusing epilogue and prologue..... I meant the end.  I put like 30-40 hours into it..... 240!!!!  How?

Not the best game, not the worst either. I had fun with it, but there are for sure better games.

There are seven endings each has a tree branch, some endings are better than others. But like the saying goes in NV the game was rigged from the start. Or in this game Night City will get you. I have over 180hrs in, almost every achievement, missing one secret, a few melee ones, and the shooting a nade with a revolver. Amazing game. Explored as much as I have, and pretty much/almost doing everything in the game. It is fun, it is a amazing, some parts are very sad, funny, interesting, all around a great experience.

Finished with Corpo at 191 hours last night.  Like many of us, I have a love/hate relationship with CP. Love the eye candy, love the horizontal and vertical size of it, love the NPCs, love the cars, hate the AI, hate the poor implementation of the police, hate the bugs, hate the unfinished aspects, etc.

I am a very big eye candy type of guy. I can sometimes just sit somewhere, look at the cityscape and imagine all sorts of scenarios happening in the buildings. I am very sad at the fact that all the decent side gigs ran out...if you can call them decent since half the AI in each gig is starring at a wall and not even trying to shoot at you.

Towards the end, there was almost no challenge anywhere I am the few that loves sponge bullets. I am the few that loves a game to bite back with all its might to the level of wanting to throw my PC into the pool. Heck I didn't even bother with all my skills. At the end I had 8 Attribute points and 20 Perk points I didn't use. I mean for what? I was 1 shot head popping every single bad guy. I mean to be fair, I could have not used great guns. I could have stayed with simple guns. But part of the fun is using different guns and upgrading them, isn't it?

I loved the balanced feeling of doing a gun fight one moment and the next moment you are having a relaxing drive around the city. I hope more happens in Night City in the future. It is such a massive and beautiful city. It deserves to get more life pumped into it, and I hope updates + mods will take care of the contract shortage and hopefully bring stronger enemies.

What would I have added for more challenges? Insane fights with Militech and about 100 agressive AI with several dozen of those walking robots in an advanced aggressive state. I don't want to go in thinking I know I will win. I want to go in wondering if I need to create an escape plan.

I will most certanaily revisit Night City with a different start, but after several updates have been done. Maybe I'll do so at the end of the year.

It’s a pretty good game overall. I just hope the expansion can help like they did Witcher 3. Witcher 3 showed just how epic an expansion can be and if they do that for Cyberpunk 2077 all launch problems will be forgiven.
