No signal from 2080Ti Black to TCL 75R635 through HDMI port

So this one's a real head scratcher, and I'm not sure if it's the videocard or the TV that is the problem (probably the TV). I am using a 50" HDMI Fiber cable run to the TV from my 2080Ti's HDMI port and am getting absolutely no signal at all, not even post. But...I have tried it to 4 other TVs, including a 720p Coby, and the cable works absolutely fine. On top of that I purchased a USB-C to HDMI adapter, plugged it into the 2080Ti's USB-C port, and the cable works just fine through the adapter- problem is no VRR this way.
 
Anyone have any ideas? I have everything setup properly on the TV, HDMI 2.0, VRR On, but I don't even get Post, so there's something else going on.

    I would check into TCL web site and see if there's a firmware update for your TV that. There are people on Youtube that cover Firmware updates on TVs and see if others are having the issue.
