Providing a big report. I had a 3090 FTW3 Ultra that I tried out in my system where I previously had my 3090 XC3 Ultra installed. After trying out the 3090 FTW3 Ultra I decided to keep my 3090 XC3 Ultra and installed it back into my system. When I opened Precision X1 after reinstalling my 3090 XC3 Ultra it said there was a firmware update. I clicked start and after it finished it showed my card as a 3090 FTW3 Ultra. The RGB no longer worked and the fans kept ramping up and down. I restarted X1 and it didn’t do anything to change it back. I restarted the PC and it acted as if it was installing a new GPU upon start up. I started Precision X1 again and it showed a firmware update again and I hit start. It now appears that it’s showing the GPU correctly as a 3090 XC3 Ultra again and the RGB works with no fan ramping. Had a mini heart attack thinking my GPU was toast.
EDIT: Disregard just saw this was apparently fixed in the newest release a couple days ago.
