Hi, I have the following issue. My PC has a GPU EVGA GEFORCE GTX 1660TI 6GB DDR6 (06G-P4-1667-KR) SC, which has a DP slot available, HDMI slot is being used by my monitor screen. I bought this cable DP2HDMM5MB (startech), which is 1 side DP and the other HDMI, no adaptaer, so I can connect my smart TV to the GPU using the DP slot from the GPU, but i'm not having any signal. I contacted cable tech-support and they mentioned this feature, DP++. Does my GPU has this feature?, i need to confirm this info. If the answer is no, i guess i'll have to buy an HDMI cable and connect it with an adaptar DP-HDMI.

Just a couple things to check if you haven't already.

Did you enable the TV in the Nvidia Control Panel?  Did you also select your computer as the input source in the TV's settings?
