Hey there, I just finished my first ever PC build, and I'm loving it. However, my PSU listed in the title is VERY loud. As in, louder than all of my other fans kind of loud. My PC isn't hot, and my temps are actually really good, always in the 50-60 range. I'm running a GTX 1660Ti and a Ryzen 5 3600 in this build, so it isn't drawing too much power. Does anyone else have an experience with EVGA PSU fans running very loud?

Yes, Tom's Hardware does.

"The EVGA 650 N1 is a low-end PSU with low overall performance, low efficiency, noisy operation, and low-end parts at its internals."

Return it for a refund if you can..See the 'Exclusive Remedy and Limited Refunds' part of the EVGA Power Supply Warranty information..Or just live with it.

You could put a more quiet fan in it and void the warranty, but we won't go there right now.

Yes, putting in another fan will definitely void the warranty. To determine if this loud noise is normal, please feel free to open up a support ticket under "service" and provide a link to a recording of the noise on google drive, one drive, or any file storage service and make sure it is made public so we can better diagnose the issue.
