Hello,
I got my pc about a month ago, and only a couple of weeks after that my GPU (EVGA GEFORCE RTX 2070 SUPER) starting crashing all my games
Yet I do not know if it's my GPU that is crashing but I've done many tests on my computer to see what's the problem and the only possible outcome to the problems is my GPU whenever I load up a game that requires a lot of performance I would crash some games take longer to crash than others. For instance VALORANT, with VALORANT I can play some games without crashing but then the first time I crash it proceeds to crash a lot after that and not only that my monitor would get black tares on the screen, the reason why I think it doesn't seem to crash that much is that VALORANT is a CPU focused game. Other games such as Fortnite, call of duty, overwatch, sea of thieves, rocket league, and I'm sure many other games I haven't tried they seem to crash almost instantly as I load it up. The solutions I tried were. I tried factory resetting my pc, I tried using DDU uninstallation to see if that would work, I tried running games with administrator (also putting them to higher performance with NIVIDA CONTROL PANEL), I tried uninstalling my games and reinstalling them, I have even taken apart my GPU from inside my pc and reconnection it to the motherboard but none of what I just said seemed to work. I've also tried updating my drivers to the recent date but that didn't seem to work either.
So, if there's anything you can do to help it would be so much appreciated.

    Hey there,

Check to see if your Direct X is functioning correctly by doing this:
    1. Press Win+R
    2. type dxdiag.exe , hit enter

Once it completed it will give you different diagnostic data, ideally it will all saying no issues found on each tab.  If that doesn't work maybe download the X1 suite and see if your cards power and core clock speed is within acceptable range.

    Hello,
I seemed to try both of these although it did say that there were no problems found and tried installing X1 suite and my card's power and clock's speed were at an acceptable range, so nothing is wrong in particular. It didn't seem to work. is there anything else I can try?

How do I Sign up? for an RMA or how do I authorize one.

The Standard RMA is open to both original owners and second-hand owners of the product. All owners must provide a proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt.
Do I send proof. If so where?
