How many days now RMA takes to respond? I sent RMA request for my 2080 TI and 3 days now response.

Depends I guess if you are in NA or EU, if its the EU, then probably at least a week, likely more. Unless you phone them (during office hours) on +49 89 189 04911, then you'll likely get your ticket number straight away, and you can create your RMA. But sadly that probably wont be the end of the delays. I've detailed my current situation trying (and spectacularly failing) to get support here: EVGA EU Warranty support - PSU RMA - astonishingly bad service (3.5 weeks and counting) - EVGA Forums The ticket system seems to be the slowest, a phonecall moved things along (slightly) immediately, and I got a response the same day from a direct email to supportEU@evga.com. I'd suggest trying either of them if you want things to move faster. If you feel really let down, then at the bottom of any replies you would get from support it says: If you are unhappy with my performance, please forward this email to the Director of Technical Marketing Joe Darwin at jdarwin@evga.com with your comments. Perhaps that might be a good last resort (I expect he probably gets about 200 emails a day about people in the EU being ignored :/) Best of luck, the warranty was part of what you paid for when you bought the item, you deserve some decent support.

Hey Martin, Yes I'm trying to get Eu support. I tried calling them but no one answered the call after long time of waiting on the line. In past I never had such problems with EVGA support. And this was the reason that for over 15 years I was only buying their GPUs. I'm lucky that I have 1080 that I can use (and thanks to it I figured out that 2080Ti was faulty). But sometimes I need GPU for work and rendering 3d scenes and 2080 was much faster.

Perhaps I was just fortunate when I called that someone was in the mood to answer the phone that day and you are not so lucky. But from my call history the entire call was 12mins and I know we were talking for a good amount of that, so I didn't queue for long. Or maybe I just lucked out and picked better menu options than you did, but I'd suggest trying them again. I called during a weekday at around 11:30 UK time, but that was about two weeks ago, if the EU RMA/support system really is failing, maybe their lines are even more busy now than they were even just back then as the number of let down customers builds up.

another update... after a month I received the ticket number for RMA... I placed RMA and then ... IT GOT DECLINED !!!! because "Your RMA request has been declined because EVGA has been unable to approve the invoice that you have submitted. This may include illegible date of purchase, purchase location, part number, price, and/or we were unable to verify the invoice for any reason" I bought the card in one of the biggest stores in my country www.xkom.pl . I sent invoice when I registered card after I bought it and there was no problem. Support wanted me to send invoice again when trying to get RMA !!! it's the worst support I have received from EVGA in years. I owned almost 10 cards from EVGA before and NEVER AGAIN!!!! I took the card to the store where I bought it and they took care of RMA but it's enough EVGA ! you lost loyal customer !

When you upload your invoice, it send you an email verification, but any chance did the verification email show your invoice properly?

Had the same issue - I got a ticket number for RMA, placed the RMA and it got declined. I placed it again after I read the negative response and they approved it. The problem is, that now the RMA number is not in their systems, I suppose. Take a look at this thread with my experience:

I went to the store where I bought the card and they took my card and will RMA it directly. But after 15 years of only buying EVGA cards its my last one for sure! Anyone can recommend better company than EVGA which went to #$&@ ? ASUS maybe?

Nobody offering own warranty service for normal customers apart from evga. EU support it is tragic. If you live in Europe, it would probably be better to send the card to Taiwan for service and the matter would be settled faster LOL

Yes Im in Europe, but in past years i RMA two evga cards and there was no problem. I guess nothing last forever. Time to change gpu maker thats all. The only bad thing is that i cant use the card that was supposed to earn for itself doing 3d rendering.

A long time ago you sent previous cards for guarantees? EDIT@PL: Nawet nie spojrzałem na forum, że jest taka lipa z gwarancją. Karta zdechła mi w styczniu, zabuliłem za ups express saver by szybciej zrealizowali gware a tu dupa.

Karta od samego zakupu tj. gruydzien zeszlego roku robila problemy tylko myslalem ze to cos innego bo caly system skladalem nowy (threadripper 3970x) wiec myslalem ze moze sam procek albo plyta albo ram. Zwykle ogladanie Youtube i monitory sie wylaczaly a pozniej sytem sie resetowal. Mialem stara 1080 wsadzilem niedawno kiedy zrobil sie luz od pracy i wszystko minaleo jak reka odjal.

Since June 2019 you can see news about restructuring. Cut cost operating etc. It was impossible to predict when buying the card four years ago, that now the service will crumble. It is very funny that in the third way of contact via ticket, email and hotline, I got three different responses about my report from three different people. Hotline - processing service pls phone 3-5 business day... And again again. From email evgaeu - team rma was started my rma And from ticket on evga.com - Due to Internal inventory of stocks, there is considerable delay in replacing and processing RMA.
