On my Dell T5820 X-series machine, the SATA power connectors only have 4 wires (missing the 5th orange wire), so that if I use these as SATA power inputs the EVGA Audio Nu does not turn on.

Are there any possible options to get a SATA power input to the EVGA Nu Audio card that have a 3.3V pin?

If you find someone who is good with electronics, they could easily make an adapter for you.  A linear 5 volt to 3.3 volt regulator would be a very simple solution.

I don't know the card's 3.3v amperage requirement.  If the card needs too many amps on 3.3v, a linear regulator would not work.  In that case, there are LOTS of 12v to 3.3v or 5v to 3.3v buck converters available which can handle a lot of amperage.  The only down-side is that a buck converter can sometimes have a lot of ripple and noise, which makes a linear regulator usually a more elegant solution, if possible.  If using a buck converter, choices would need to be made based on recommendations and experience to find one which doesn't create a lot of noise on the 3.3v input.

I don't know why the card itself didn't just incorporate a 5 volt to 3.3 volt regulator and use a molex plug.  A sata plug to the card is such a weird choice.  Oh well.  3.3v is being killed off.  Not even all power supplies come with 3.3v on a SATA plug any more.  Some hard drives aren't even compatible any more if the SATA plug has 3.3v.
