Hey guys,

I bought my board in November but hadn't had the chance to set it up till December.  When I set it up, I had terrible issues with the Wifi dropping in and out as well as the negotiated speed with my Orbi router going all over the place.  I then submitted a trouble ticket (within 30 days of purchase from EVGA.com) and we had finally decided to RMA it back to EVGA.  My question is whether or not I'll get a new brand new in box motherboard or a refurb?  I technically had the issue within 30 days and brought it up to their attention but due to the holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years), our responses were delayed so it took a month and a half for them to tell me to submit for an RMA.

Anyone have a general idea? Or know if they even have refurbs/recerts avaliable so they HAVE to send a new one?

I see under my product that Part Number Out: 122-CL-E497-KR, which is exactly my board; does this mean it'll be a new one or is it just a placeholder with my current model number?
