Remove all of your memory. Stick one memory DIMM in slot 3 and repeat.

Nothing, probably.

A BIOS older than Version 1.19 needs updated to run an i9-10980XE (Cascade Lake-X)..Version 1.25 is the latest..Almost certainly the board has an older BIOS, be my guess.

You can try powering off and moving the triple BIOS switch (located below the 24-pin mobo power connector) to the other positions and try again.

You can put in older CPU (Skylake-X, Kaby Lake-X) and then update the BIOS, or take your box to a PC repair shop that has one if you don't/can't get one and they can do it for you inexpensively, call around..Then put the 10980XE back in.

You can Contact EVGA and get a new/updated replaceable BIOS chip..Then you can flash/update the other two BIOS' after that.
