Need Help / Advice on OverClocking

Hey all, I wanted to build a crazy computer that I will not have to mess with for a good 5-10 years so I built the following. 
 
10980XE
X299 FTWK
3090 KINGPIN
256GB TridentZ 4000MHz
(2) 1TB 980 NVME
EVGA 1600G2
 
Problem is, I have no idea how to get the most out of this PC. I had to watch 2 videos and call EVGA just to figure out the XMP profile so my ram would run at 4000.
 
Does anyone know of any good sources to learn more about overclocking? (videos, links, etc.) I've always been a PC enthusiast, just want to take it to the next level.

    X299 Dark is not exactly a "beginners" card.
    There is no set to auto and hope for the best on this.
    With my 10980XE and the Dark , everything had to be put in manually , including timings .
    It's one of the best boards though and when you do work it out, the results are great.
