I read that apparently when you do an RMA of a product the support ticket should link itself automatically (write itself in the right place during the RMA), but it doesn't do it for me, how can i find the support tickt number of my product ?
Sorry if it was already answered or if i did things wrong.

Look at your “my products” page, and then click view more on the product that you need to RMA.

I know, but when i'm on the page to create an RMA, it asks for a support ticket number and that space is empty, and i don't know what is the number of the support ticket linked to that same product.

I can view the product details, i can access to that support ticket, i can see the exchange i had had with the support person, but i cant find the ticket number on that page or the page before, there is like a line or an empty space where a number may normally be.

Go to the ..Then click "Member" at the top..Then click "My Open RMAs" for information and to see if it's there, if it's been issued yet.

The thing is that i can't create a RMA, because it's says that i didnt provide a correct support ticket number, because it doesn't write it automatically, and/or i don't know how to find the number of the support ticket, currently linked to my product.
 
Currently i have :
- My product regsitered
- Invoice uploaded for that product
- 1 Support ticket, with an answer of the support, who asks for more tests to check if the GPU is the problem and if it's confirmed, who advise me to do a RMA
 
And now i can't create a RMA, because for that i need to enter the support ticket number, the support ticket exists but i don't know what it's number is.

You get the ticket number from evga support.

Right now, standard RMAs and refunds do not require a ticket number to submit for an RMA.  If you wish to do a Std. Cross-ship RMA, EAR, or a handful of other situations that will require a ticket number, then you will need to contact EVGA Customer Service for a ticket number that CS will mark for setting up an RMA.  Submitting a ticket on its own does not create a useable ticket number that you can use to submit for an RMA.

If you just started the process, EVGA Tech will fill in the support ticket number and then you can finish the request.
