I paid CHF 120 (about US$120) for an overnight delivery from Switzerland to Germany and the parcel is now waiting there for 9 days at the customs !EVGA Europe really doesn't care of their customers ! heartbreaking to hear and I can completely understand your frustration. Hopefully this brings attention to that group and they make the changes necessary to help the customer. Hopefully evga has done their part and it’s customs who’s at fault with the hold up. 9 days is too long and shipping should be refunded.
