Memory is can't overclocked

Hello.
Four 32Gb modules (Samsung M378A4G43AB2-CWE) installed, with default bios settings for memory all work fine in state (3200 22CL 1.2v), but if I try set any manual settings (even just switch memory profile from automatic to manual) RAM diods is red and 55 (memory not instaleted) post code.
Previously was 8GB x 4 and 16GB x 4 modules, DARK overclocked them is very good. 
Watched good overclocking 32Gb M-Die Samsung modules on EVGA boards.
I really want to overclock big capacity A-Die Samsung.

    update:
    Managed to boot from 1.45v for DIMM, but with any other manual settings (even with standard 1.2v manually) 3 beep, red leds and 55 postcode....some kind of devilry

    Memory overclocking — sucks, squeezed out 3600 stably only with huge delays.
