This is what setting ppd to 0 does. Memory is at 4400 19 19 19 39 with all other timings on auto. Just look how big of a latency improvement you get!!! Lowering TXP can also improve latency even more. I downloaded and installed a old version of windows 10 that allows me to use memtweakit.  Evga needs to add this to the bios, it could be done so easily and Ive been asking them to do it for 2 months with no results.

4400 cl 17 17 17 36 auto on all other timings . I have wrote multiple suggestions and emails and have gotten no where.

with the basic 1.09 bios and F4-4400C17D-16GTZR  ( i can run same timing at 4500 with higher tRFC but no real latency gain)

Whats was your cpu and cache at on this run?? Tightening primary timings barely improve latency on the dark, even with tightened rtls&iols. Your same setting on a asus board would have 35ns latency. Ive got some results for 4500c17 I'll post when my testmem5 is complete.

Sorry for the delayed answer, but we can confirm some work needs to be done on this.  We plan to offer PPD in the next BIOS, but no ETA yet.  I wouldn't expect it quickly, unfortunately, due to other ongoing projects right now.
