Not sure if it's the holidays or a technical issue, but both the 10 and 30 mil reward points for December that I submitted for the rewards right after each milestone (so about a week apart) have not gone through yet. The website says pending or whatever still, but also I didn't get the usual auto generated email that says my request was received. Just wondering if it's related to the holidays, or there's some technical issue I'm running into that I need to contact EVGA for. I've always submitted the requests as the reward thresholds were reached so I don't know if I'll lose them if they're not certified that month or in this case by the end of the year?
