Not sure if it's the holidays or a technical issue, but both the 10 and 30 mil reward points for December that I submitted for the rewards right after each milestone (so about a week apart) have not gone through yet.  The website says pending or whatever still, but also I didn't get the usual auto generated email that says my request was received.  Just wondering if it's related to the holidays, or there's some technical issue I'm running into that I need to contact EVGA for.  I've always submitted the requests as the reward thresholds were reached so I don't know if I'll lose them if they're not certified that month or in this case by the end of the year?

The only time you'd potentially lose your chance to redeem is at the end of the Folding year in March.

It's not an auto-generated email.  EVGA verifies that your claim is proper and not due to the occasional error in the FAH stats flat file. 
 
I wouldn't expect your points to be approved until the first or second week of January as EVGA is closed for the holidays.  Not at all something to worry about, it'll be approved eventually. 

What everyone else said, you have until March! And I think you are, the only "We've received your request" emails I recall are for submitted tech support tickets. For folding point requests someone at EVGA has to manually eyeball the numbers, and once done you get a confirmation email about it. So this means you won't get confirmation over weekends or holidays, like Xmas when nobody's working.
