Dead PSU

I just received my new 750W Supernova G3 for my new build. I connected everything and tried to fire it up but didn't get anything at all. I disconnected all cables except the MB and plugged the tester clip. When I turned on the PSU the fan spun for like 3 seconds and it stopped (not in ECO mode). I am 99% sure is DOA but wanted to check in here in case I am missing something before I RMA it.

    Wow...just received 2nd PSU from Newegg and is DOA and can't reach TS unless I register this paper weight grrrr
