My original 3090 ftw3 ultra was a 2014. Was screwed up as soon as it was installed.
Just got my rma in today and its a 2114.
12900k Z690 Dark Evga 3090 Hybrid 32gb Trident z5 @ 6000 Corsair RM1000X psu

So far i've gone through two now 3090 FTW3 Ultras
1st SN# 2014 Red Lips - RIP 11/13/2020 --> 2/8/2021
2nd SN# 2114 Black Lips - RIP 2/17/2021 --> 3/2/2021
Last one died while playing warzone and we where one of the last teams :( 1st just died in the OS
Just got done putting in RMA, good thing they already have my money for the cross-ship and i just got an email saying except 7-10 days for the money to be returned

Nope ran like a champ, but i didn't get a red light on my card. I got a Asus Formula z490 board and it has a LCD screen on it. I get Error 97 followed by a Load VGA Bios. The only good thing about this is that EVGA has been very responsive my new card is already on the way and should be here monday.

So I'm guessing that Factory 41 is Taiwan, correct? 20141...
And Factory 25 is China? 20125...
Maybe Factory 29 is Taiwan? 20129...
Is this correct, or do I have it wrong?

FTW3 ultra 3080 2012 SN, and running perfectly since Nov 2020. I dont know my highest stable overclock yet, but on air i was able to benchmark port royal at +150 core whne i was just messing around. temp was 78-79 degrees.
I got lucky, I work in IT procurement, and I got put on the one of my vendor's list for when they got stock. No discount, about 20$ more than the local computer stores, but I could call my rep and ask for tracking info on their shipment dates. Also, i was guaranteed a card when they got their order in.
I picked up a hybrid cooler and installed last night. I am about to post the install experience in a new thread.

3070 XC3 Ultra, had it 11 days set aside as I waited for other components to arrive, day one Red Led. Hopefully the email process goes as smoothly for me as it did for others.

3090 FTW3 Ultra - Serial 20141 w/ black lips. Taiwan.
Tested upon arrival and would crash, now doesnt post at all.

we have a 3080ftw3 (SN 21102) and 3090ftw3 (SN 21101). i don't really want to take them out of their respective PCs to see where they were made. i have no idea what factory that can be because no one here seems to have cards with the factory code of 01 or 02. both have been running since around the summer time. they seem ok. played some cyberjunk, COD warzone, rimworld (which renders at like 1 trillion FPS), overwatch, apex, battlefield V, back 4 blood, some other stuff i can't think of at the moment
