CLC 240 radiator bad temps with 3800x and 5600x (used to work fine for 2 years)

I have an EVGA CLC 240mm cooler that was giving me decent performance with a 2600x. I upgraded to a 3800x, and now a 5600x, and I've getting really hot temperatures. I'm idling around 49-55 celcius, 84c on Cinebench, Prime 95 95c (small FFT), and between 75-85 in gaming (I do have an XC3 3080 that runs fairly hot dumping air into the case, at around 79C, but that wouldn't affect cpu only stress tests). I have a S100 with reasonable good airflow (3 front intake fans, 2 arctic bionic fans push for the aio exhaust, and another fan exhaust at the back, although my exhaust is a bit restricted with just around one inch of clearance at the top (pc is inside a cabinet, but front is open for airflow).
I do not seen any indication of the pump failing, but I can't really hear it either, and I've repasted multiple times without improvement. Any idea on what to try? Also, how do I get support? I think I threw away the box so not sure where to get the serial to submit a support ticket.

    Did you register the CLC when you bought it ?
     
    Clean the radiator of any dust blocking air flow
     
    MB header setting should be 100% power

    I didn't register it when I bought it, is that an issue for warranty? Not much dust obstructing and the header is full power.

    check for bent radiator fins, dust in the radiator, dust in the fans, fans not properly assembled and fan connections, make sure you didn't screw the AIO down on one side too much, make sure you didn't put too little or too much thermal compound on the CPU, etc.

    Try possibly remounting it for better mount pressure.

    Demont clc, repaste again(I have best thermals with paste on X over cpu) and be sure you mount it properly. I have Ryzen 9 5900x cooled by Air Noctua NH-D15s(1 fan version). On iddle temps jumps from 34 to 44°C, Cinebench R20-61°C, CB r23 - 65°C. True is I undervolt CPU with PBO2 using curve optimizer to nearly max negative offset. CPU runs faster and produce significaly les heat now. (Sorry for my poor english)

    Now I have a clc 280mm, idle is also between 37-44, and with PBO on and autOC (with curve optimizer, too) it still gets to around 80c full blast on Cinebench, but gaming more commonly 50-70c depending on the game and frame rate. Anyway, it just seems like this chips run hot because of the very small surface area, so I'm not worried about it.  At stock it runs much cooler of course, rarely breaking 60c. Maybe my 5600x just runs a bit hot, but it performs good.
