i got my step 2 email yesterday also saying they are checking my invoice. did you get any other emails after that?
Yes, my step 2 went through a few hours later, then I paid step 3, and then it emailed me saying verifying payment and when it's done they will send me the RMA info in 1-2 business days step 4.

did your step 2 email also say "We are happy to announce that your Step-Up request has completed the queue process. EVGA will now review your request by looking over your invoice. Any adjustments to the price will occur at this step. If you are approved, you will receive another email with instructions to pay for your Step-Up. Once your request has been approved, you will have 7 days to pay for your Step-Up. If you do not pay for your Step-Up within this time frame, your request will expire and you will only be able to resubmit a Step-Up request if you are still within 90 days of the original purchase date."?? i still haven't gotten my step 3 email :( i uploaded my invoice in december

have you tried logging into your EVGA account and check out the "my product" page? I know its weird but I havent gotten the email for payment link but as soon as I visited the website, I got it in less than an hour after. Maybe its just a coincidence?
