Hello,
i am having some problems with my video card. I asked support service for this, but I could not get any feedback. I asked support service for this, but I could not get any feedback.
EVGA really works like this?!!!
8 days are gone guys, and there is still no answer...

It may help to provide more detail and to contact support through email for your region.

I have temporarily removed the image because your serial number was publicly displayed. EVGA can see the serial numbers attached to your account, so you wouldn’t need to show that here.

What region are you from? EU has been experiencing a lot of support requests, so if you are in the EU, they are working to get to as many tickets as they can, but it may take some more time.

I tried to turn on the video card, on three different computers, with clean windows 10, it did not bring any results.
The artifacts remained on the screen

Thank you for testing and please respond to the ticket so they can see it when they get in. I have passed this to our Europe support to follow up once they are in the office Monday. Unfortunately I am US support so my access is limited for what I can do for starting RMAs for Russia.

I reckon you might be better off ringing them if you're in a rush. The EU support team are a bit behind on email support IMHO
