Just phoned EU support, said the queue complete on 5th nov was mistake. It is all done by date requested. He couldn’t explain how people who entered step up days after me are on step 3. No idea what’s going on.

I am seriously hacked off. Its one cock up after another. This whole process is a steaming turd. It flies in the absolute face of people who sat there for hours on release yet people who entered afterwards get their cards first. I am done with EVGA after this. Jonny do you think they have lost us in a time loop as we entered step up on the day before? As apart from us, the queue has gone in order.

Congrats to you. Sucks for us. It’s EVGA. I can see where they got the inspiration for the red clown lips on their 3080/90 now. Its modelled on the clowns in the EVGA support / Step-up team. Enjoy the card.

Comments are getting salty here, and I can understand why. But eventually, we will all get our step up cards, and I too would better see that coming sooner than later.
But in the meantime, as step up is processing, I assume we all should have pretty decent graphic cards to enjoy gaming in good condition (I'm guessing most of us have a 2080 or a 2070 at least on the 3080 step up line). So we should really chill a bit.
I am still seeing people who ordered 3080's on launch day, some paid for much more than MSRP, and are still in the wait for their card, and for some they sold their previous one at great loss, finding themselves without any graphic device at the moment.

I sent my card off yesterday via royal mail, i'm not going to abandon you guys, i'll let you know when the new one arrives. I really hope everyone gets theirs soon, we shouldn't get salty at those who have managed to get to step 4 although I'm aware i'm in a privileged position to say that. EVGA haven't been great through this whole ordeal with their updates but this thread has really made sure my head didn't explode because we've at least being talking to each other.

To send it insured up to the £500 cost it would have been £60 and you had to fill out an ungodly form, so I sent it with the £250 insurance tracked and signed and it cost me £17.

From Belgium sending my card to EVGA Germany for RMA was 16 Eur I declared it full value 559.91 . I am expecting it is the same when it is my turn to Step-Up (hopefully before Christmas).

With the greatest respect to you, I am salty as i queued AHEAD OF YOU. Definition of a queue states that on that basis, I SHOULD be served first. No-one has been salty at the people who got to Step 4, however we have every right to be annoyed that people who QUEUED AFTER us, have somehow been issued cards. If you cannot understand that, then I am not really sure what to say to be honest.
