I setup a custom color stack in precision X1 and every time the computer starts up the led setting goes back to default. I have the software set to start with OS and apply previous settings on load checked. My overclocks are working when the computer starts. I am on precision V1.1.1.

every time the computer starts up

Turn off 'fast startup' in the Windows Control Panel -> Power Options -> Choose what the power buttons do options if you haven't and see if it matters..Fast startup makes no difference when restarting, it only affects startup after shutdown.

Same issue here, 3070 FTW3 Ultra, resetting to the horrible rainbow LED every time I start my machine, I just want it to stick with a static color.
