I am at a loss right now and any insight would be greatly helpful.
 
This PC has worked just fine for over a year then today I wakeup go to boot up and as soon as the motherboard gets some power it then shutoff immediately, reboots itself then I get 3 quick beeps, a 1 second pause then 3 quick beeps again, the last two codes displayed are 7F then 4F.

I tried each stick of ram separately and still get the same scenario with the same codes.

Have you try reset your CMOS back default your BIOS setting? If still cannot boot up then try boot up BIOS selector switch 2?
If boot up successful then you can re flash latest update BIOS version again to BIOS Selector 1 to reset! 

After testing the ram and graphics card I seen your post and switching to selector 2 let me boot up just fine THANK YOU! 
Now I'm going to figure out how to flash my bios like you said and hopefully everything works out fine, I'll post an update.

Updated the bios to 1.08 and the PC seems to be working great, ran a 20 minute stress test and no issues so I'm calling it good for now! thanks for the help.

My Z390 Dark did that sometimes on the older bios, 7F or F4 error and not boot. Not on 1.08 bios, must be fixed. Usually i just switch my bios switch to a different motherboard bios and power cycle, and it would boot up fine, than i would switch back to the original bios switch settings once in windows and reboot with no problem. But the error was occurring 1 time, about every 7 to 14 days.

Which Video Card are you running? I had the 3 Red Lights, 3 Beeps during bootup. EVGA support said my 1200P2 Power Supply was the issue; I wasn't on board but played the RMA game. Received a "new" power supply and installed. Upon boot the same problem, they later told me my Power Supply tested fine but sent me a different PSU which I thought was strange. Anyway I called EVGA on a Saturday morning because I was still getting the 3 Beeps and three red lights on my 2080Ti. Long story short I had to update my video card Bios. Also, I noticed if I unplugged my system I had to reload the Video Card Bios. If I leave the system plugged in I have no issues. Fast forward, I just built a new system and expected when I installed the video cards I would have to flash the bios. I didn't, everything worked on first boot, so whatever it was went away when I changed Mother Board and Power Supply. I want from a Z390 Dark to an MSI Z490 Unify, and a EVGA 1200P2 to a Corsair AX1600i power supply.  By the way Saturday morning support with a real live person on the phone, Kudos to EVGA for taking care of the customer!

Probably not your video card. 1080Ti doesnt pull as much juice as the 2080Ti.

I've never had to update a vid card bios ever, not in this modern age. Not sure but IMHO their assessment of the PSU is/was garbage, hardly think with 1200W unit it would be but sending another PSU was in my opinion them grasping at straws. I also have their 1000W P2 PSU for the past 3 years which has been pretty good, doubt it is the issue. Glad to hear things are better for you again. I'm in the process of RMA'ing my board and have ordered a few new boards from Asus and MSI in the meantime and will try them out on Sat when delivered, lucky for me I'm on my Asus Scar 17 laptop (i9-10980HK, 2080 Super, 2TB RAID0 SSD)

I doubt it’s your video card. The 1080Ti was the most rock solid card Nvidia ever made. My next guess would be your motherboard. Mine happened on V1.07. I know there is a V1.08 out now. You could try loading it on one of the three bios stores you have.

correct, I was on 1.07 and while on #3 BIOS I flashed #1 while in windows, rebooted, 5 beeps (same symptoms as I had last spring with another Z390 Dark, which ultimately got replaced and sold, this present board was rock solid since April and then BIOS #1 crapped a few months ag0, then 2 last week, moved to 3 and where I'm at now). Flipped back to 3 and did #2, same crap then after some boots same thing with 3 except I never flashed to 1.08 on it. You know, the guys are great in support no doubt, absolutely but the quality of these boards or BIOS implementation I don't know has gone down steadily over the years which is troubling to say the least, what good are $500 mobos with 3 BIOSs when none are worth a s**t. My Z270 FTW was more solid than this board, which is rather tough to swallow since it was more than twice as cheap.

Do you have the PCIe plug at the bottom of your motherboard plugged into your power supply?

I’d give it a try, I think you are experiencing voltage issues. Even though your running a 1080ti and I am assuming you’re not overclocking to work this problem out. I would give it a try to see if it’s a voltage stability issue. Which power supply do you have, if it’s the 1200P2 I would also see where the ECO switch is set. The eco switch on mine was in the ON position when mine had the same issue. I set it back to the off position and have not had the issue. In the on position it’s changed the 12v bus rail to single instead of dual.

I see your in Bozeman, I used to live in Idaho Falls. Also, try the PCIe connector on the bottom left of the board. I know you shouldn't need it but its worth a shot. Nothing is harder to nail down on a Computer than power issues.

Yea I switched from EVGA to MSI when I bought my i9-10900KF. MSI, Asus and Gigabyte all try to run Overclocking from the desktop which only works in light use cases. Stability get silly once you start pushing things. The EVGA Bios seemed to have the easy overclock nailed down. I wish I could get an EVGA Z490 Dark but the price is a bit steep. I just built a new system last Sunday and have been tuning it the last week. So far I've got things running pretty well. I keep having problems with 3D Mark screwing with my Fan Signals on my 2080Ti's. I just put push-pull Noctua fans on both radiators and went to Noctua NAFC1 controllers without the motherboard connection, direct to power supply only. Issue went away. I wonder if the folks at 3D Mark know about this. I'm sure I'm not the first to see this behavior. 3D Mark Benchmark software should not be interrupting the fan curve when its loading a benchmark run but I was seeing this behavior every time I started a run. 

I was running splitters from the motherboard headers but was worried about the Voltages on the motherboard so I went to Noctua controllers and got huge cooling improvements cards never go above 55C when pushed to the limits. CPU is running at 5.3GHz stable with Noctua 140mm on an Arctic II Freezer 420. I haven't split them off yet but will as soon as I get another Noctua controller. I'll bypass the motherboard on that connection as well. I'm just trying to win the EVGA Bucks Mods Rigs contest to get an EVGA Z490 Dark. I'm nearly done with all the mods. I only use open air cases now. An enclosed case is always going to run hotter.
