Error 154 on host when submitting RMA

Hi - please help. Been trying since Thursday (5 days now) and I keep getting this error after clicking Submit. I can't even call because the call keep getting dropped even before I get the option to choose language
I have emailed quite a few times and replied to the RMA email asking me to submit but no one has replied to that yet.

    Same issue here. Tried on two diferent browsers. Trying to submit an RMA with no success.

    Intel Core i7 2600k @ 4.5Ghz w/1.28v load
    Asus P8Z68-V PRO
    16Gb (4x4Gb) Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 CL9 1.5v
    SLI 2x EVGA Nvidia GTX 470 HFB @ stock w/ custom fan profile and 0.937v
    Western Digital Raptor X

    Hi - I've actually just tried again now. I submitted and got an error again...BUT - I received an email to say my submission is confirmed. So try yours again and have a look on your email and see if you get an email confirmation.
    Failing that - call them. Their phone system is better now and don't drop calls anymore.

    Thanks for the help. Unfortunately, no email from evga after the error occurs while trying to submit the RMA.

    Call them up. They’ll sort you out. Emailing them will take longer I’m sure. I’ve been emailing since last Thursday telling them about the error and not heard anything but phonecall got answered today straight away. Goodluck

    I am having the same problem since last week. I cant send RMA nor support ticket. I will try to call them tomorrow, but this error is annoying

    I was initially told that the error could be due to a missing invoice proof of purchase on my card. So I uploaded and tried again but got the same error so that’s when I called them up again and they helped sort it out.
