Just wanted to get a general consensus on what everyone uses for stability/stress testing of CPU settings.  I'm trying to find a happy medium of LLC & voltage settings on my CPU and want to make sure I'm putting it through the ringer... should be noted I'm already "stable" at 5GHz 1.31V but that's with LLC settings being at their second highest settings across the board.
Currently I'm going to be testing 1.32V with lower LLC settings.
At present I've really only been using AIDA64 CPU/FPU/Cache all at once, and then running 3DMarks.  I've noticed that FireStrike in particular can fail, cause random blue screens, or just not finish, if CPU or RAM settings are a bit off.  Typically I run AIDA for about an hour at least before I consider settings even "kind of" stable.
I know a lot of people still use Prime 95, and that some use Intel XTU but I've heard of (and experienced myself) random system issues involving XTU that just magically "Go away" once it's uninstalled, so I'm not too keen on using that again.
Is OCCT still a thing or is that outdated?

if you want a good program to test the stability of a overclock I use real temp  https://www.techpowerup.com/realtemp/  then you download this prime 95  https://www.mersenne.org/download/ they run together real temp monitors your temps as the test runs and prime 95 stress tests your pc.

I've seen people swear by XTU & seen people say it breaks their PC and all the issues magically disappear when they uninstall it.
I have also experienced both, I used it for a bit & it worked well, then on this Windows install, I tried to use it again when I began working on trying to fine tune my OC again in preparation for the 3080 FTW3, and it worked fine at first, but as soon as I got to settings that were "not stable" that caused a BSOD, even after resetting & even reinstalling it, it would cause weird issues every time I loaded it, so I ended up removing it from the system again.
I'm using HWInfo64 for temperature monitoring, as I like to keep an eye on more than just the CPU temps... being able to also keep an eye on DIMM temps, VRM temps, PCH & motherboard temps, etc all at the same time as CPU core & package temps, is very nice.

Buildzoid likes linepack extreme, it will stress test a CPU pretty well. I use Prime95 to stress the full system (IMC and memory), and OCCT for GPU testing because it has baked in artifact scanning.

Love Prime95 exactly for that reason. Can test everything out at once & if you hit errors, even at stock speeds/timings, now you know you can start Memtest86-ing each RAM stick to see where the fault lies.

I'll add that I like UserBenchmark's tools because it can let you know how big of an outlier you are with your hardware: https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Software

Forgot about OCCT having that, that's definitely a good idea for GPU testing indeed, though from what I've seen since GDDR6X has "error correcting" it doesn't artifact it just starts performing like crap - still good for GPU core OC testing.
