Problem registering GTX550Tti serial number to request warranty support

Hello, I have been trying to request warranty support thought the website but the system does not allow to register my GT550ti serial number. The stick match with one of the format that the RMA page show, but when I try to register the number always say that it is not a valid number. I have written and email to a.com from my registered email and user but anybody answer me about how to process or solve the problem.
Any help would be appreciated since I can not call by phone in English because my English level is not enough to have a phone conversation.

    Which country are you in?

    You may need to use the EVGA website for your region.

    Hello.
     
    Spain (Europe), I am using "eu . evga . com", but I am not able to register the number, the website always show:
    "Serial Number not found : Please contact customer support at or call us at +49.89.189.049.11 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CET."

    I hate to be that person but the default 3 year warranty period would've expired long ago as 500-series cards are over a decade old. Even if that GTX 550 Ti was advertised with a lifetime warranty, the buyer would've needed to register it soon after purchase to activate the lifetime warranty.

    Sorry, that is the reason why support does not answer my email and my contact post request thought the internal form of the website?. Who determine if a card is on warranty period?, I think that in Spain/Europe is the official invoice?. Can Evga determine that a product is out of service by itself?.
    Has it sense to reflecting the old products in the form if we cannot register the numbers later?
    At least I would like to get an answer to my email by support to be able to decide if I claim an official claims sheet in Spain and not a conversation thought a forum.

    EU support, like many support functions, are very overloaded right now, so it takes a while to get an answer back.  EVGA has been working through the emails as quickly as they can in the order they are received, so it may be a little while before they are able to get back to you.
