A friend of mine signed up for the 3080 FTW Ultra a week after I did. How come he was able to purchase a card already but I still have not been given the chance? He got his card today. Signed up on Oct 5th. I signed up on the September 30th and have not heard anything.

Each model is a different queue. It's been mostly FTW3 Ultras being sold.

last i heard they were still on day 1 sept 17 for ftw3 ultra, your friend must have signed up on that day and not realized. i have not been keeping up though.

If you want to be 100% certain your friend is telling you the truth, ask him to take a snapshot of his My Notifies. That'll tell you definitively if his memory is good or shoddy. He may have signed up on 10/5, but if he signed up earlier, his original one takes priority.

Yeah I didn't get an email until this morning, and my time was at about 8:05am on 9/17 for the 3080 ftw3 ultra. I doubt he got a 3080 ftw3 ultra through the notify system - maybe through somewhere else, though.

I'm 9/17 at 8:20 AM. There's ways for you to go until you get yours. there's an estimate that the queue will move every 8 minutes per day. So i should be getting my email hopefully by tomorrow or Friday as today's cutoff was around 8:10 AM.

yeah definitely lying about when he submitted. I highly doubt they would just randomly select someone that signed up that late. Here's a list someone on Reddit created to show when people signed up vs when people are getting their notifications. I also suspect that after the announcement was made that it'll be a lot longer waits between minutes of when people signed up since they solidified the notification checkout process since a lot of people probably hopped on the notification train.

Thanks, that actually does help a bit to try to judge some wait estimates. I put my auto-notify request in at 10:04:41 AM PT according to my page, so we'll see how much longer it takes. I'd love something that indicated approximately what timestamp range they're up to processing in the queue, but I can wait. I'm not looking to try to buy a card from anywhere else, plus I have 16 EVGA bucks to put toward it.

My notify date says 9-16 at 10:44:14pm and I never got any email. Did they skip me? Nothing in my inbox and my spam box is almost empty since I don't get too much. This is for the XC3 Black Gaming.
