Anyone have experience with this and an EVGA motherboard?

I originally thought this would work with all motherboard but apparently it doesn't work with ASRock motherboards according to the link.  This led me to believe it only works with ASUS, MSI, and Gigabyte motherboards.
Any thoughts on EVGA motherboards and if RGB lighting could be controllable via E-LEET Tuning Utility?  I'm really only looking to just set one color, nothing too crazy.
I have an EVGA Z390 FTW motherboard and want to use this to control the lighting on a Fractal Celsius + S24 CPU cooler and the prisma argb fans.

I don't know if anyone is using this. On my AMD motherboard I am using Corsair hardware and iCUE for RGB.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA
