RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra + Rainbow Six Siege

Am I doing something wrong? 
 
My 3090 is showing 100% Utilization even though I'm only using 9GB/24GB VRAM and the FPS is lacking hardcore.
 
I'm running 2560x1440P with Ultra settings MAX EVERYTHING
 
I'm only getting 120 FPS. Does this sound right?
 
If I drop down to 1920x1080 it does go up to around 190 FPS, Which is way better than what I was getting on my RTX 2080, which at 1920x1080 with high settings I was getting around 140 FPS.
 
But I'm still wondering if 120 FPS is too low even for 2560x1440P at Ultra everything.... hmmm.

    What's your CPU? The 3080 gets 300+ FPS at 1440p, so somethings definitely up.

    What screen are you using?  1440p/120hz?  If so, it might be Vsync/FPS capped where it should be quite frankly since you won't see any difference going past your screen's refresh rate unless you're benchmarking.

    I was wrong guys, I didn't realize that with T-AA4 it renders at 5120x2880 so that explains the low FPS lol
     
    Which means it's rendering way past 4K lol
     
    With regular T-AA I get Max 388 FPS with an average of 302 FPS XD

    No, But when my PC first turns on, I hear a whine on and off for a second and then it goes away. I just set the fan speed to 100% right now and all I hear is the normal fan sound, no whining.
