Is this card bought from Walmart eligible for step up?

EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 Super Black Gaming Graphics Card
EVGAModel: 08G-P4-3071-KR

Or do you have to buy from a certain store?
I didn't see an answer to this in the description of the step up program.

    Thanks for your interest in the 30 series GPU's  I can suggest to make sure the product is bought in new condition. Verified Distributor's (resellers) do ship to Walmart, so yes, it would qualify.
