EVGA Z10 Keyboard stop working!!!

Everything was fine, the keyboard worked and I was very pleased. But one day she stopped responding to buttons! My keyboard is glowing but not responding to buttons (not typing, hotkeys not working). The screen lights up. Through the program, the keyboard is configured, but the buttons do not work. What to do ?

    I had a similar issue, i had to RMA the keyboard.  You should contact support, they are very good.

    Keep in mind that if you RMA stuff to EVGA, you have to pay the shipping to them and they pay the shipping back to you..You would need to RMA it to Germany..So IF it's bad, it might be better just go buy another keyboard locally or somewhere because shipping will be kind of expensive, probably cost close to or maybe even more than you paid for the keyboard.

    Ukraine is not part of the EU but you should contact your customs department in your country to find out how to have the item shipped without incurring customs charges when it is returned. If you bought the keyboard in the Ukraine see if the dealer can RMA for you.
