DaBogoi signed yesterday my 3070 ftw3 ultra for step-up to 3090. At this moment the price for upgrade to 3090 is 2x3070 but it's still worth if we imagine that on ebay scalpels are selling these cards for not under 3000eur in Europe. Crazy times. I'm really thankful to EVGA for this amazing oportunity given even the queue is long. Is there any information how long is the wait time at the moment?

There doesn't seem to be a thread for 3090 step-up in Europe, unfortunately.
I'm ahead of you though, as I signed up for step-up on Thursday for my 3080.

Also, this is the 'old' thread for 3090, the  "New Unofficial 3090 StepUp Queue" is the new one.

I'm @ EU
I signed for the 3090 step up on 27/10/2020 and I got the step 2 e-mail on 23/03/2021, step 3 on 1/04, step 4 08/04 just shipped today my old card to EVGA, fingers crossed to receive the new one ASAP

So I was a little hurt and shocked that the $899.99 and $999.99 prices I paid for my 3070’s to step up to the 3090 was not counted. Really shocked that only $679.99 applied. Last I checked GigaParts was a retail store, even had a policy where you had to spend an additional 10%. I thought oh well, at least it will count when I step up to a 3090, oh well I guess not.

This made me worry about my own step-up cost as well.
Googling only led me to various answers on this forum, saying that the actual Price Paid is considered, not MSRP.

But looking at the US step-up page, I can find this disclaimer:
"EVGA reserves the right to adjust the purchase price of a Step-Up eligible product (i.e. the product used to Step-Up from) to match the actual price paid after discounts or rebates, as outlined in these terms. EVGA reserves the right to reduce the purchase price of a Step-Up eligible product, less any discounts, to match the current MSRP of the Step-Up eligible product."

However, this isn't present on the EU step-up page, they only reserve the right to adjust the price to account for any Discounts or Rebates.

At this point I'm praying that paying 1800€ for a 3080 from an official EVGA distributor in Germany, wasn't a huge mistake.

That would be even worse than my 589€ for a 3060, also from an official EVGA distributor in Germany. There's only hope that the German EVGA division honors the terms of the step-up program they published up until this point. But in Germany, we have to wait for our 3090s anyway while the US queue is already at the present date. If we do get the full price of the card honored, though, I don't mind waiting a bit longer.

So long would you guys say it normally takes for EVGA to update the "Received" status from "Pending" to "Received"? My 3090 XC3 Ultra was delivered by Fedex at around 9:30 AM PST (Signed by E. EDDIE) according to Fedex but EVGA still hasn't updated the status for my RMA.

Meanwhile, the european EVGA b-stock site () looks like it hasn't been updated since the 900 series.
