With almost 2 dozen EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 cards on eBay, its obvious EVGA didn't do much to deter bots and scalers with their "special" elite store page.

I'm starting to look at it like this.  If 2 dozen idiots want to pay that price on Ebay, go for it, that's two dozen less buyers we have to compete with on the next restock

That assumes they're not an idiot like that person that was in line and still snagged a card at launch. People are greedy tools. As long as botters can resell, they'll keep ruining our chances until the companies flood the market. Companies aren't going to stop botters buying product, since that's still sales, and those are warranty-less coverage sales I'd bet.
