X1 version 1.0.7 with 2080 Ti XC Ultra here.
Temporarily in a mATX case, GPU airflow are very limited compared to my Silverstone FT02. So I decided to try to set reduced power limit but same thermal to prevent thermal downclocking.

Unlink power and temperature, set 80% power limit but 82c temperature limit. Click apply and save into a profile.
Then click Default and load the previous profile. Or do a restart. The setting revert to linked and 91% power limit (82c unchanged)

Please fix this bug, considering it's such an easily reproduceable bug.
