Hi guys,

Hope to be getting a 3080 FTW3 soon. I was curious if I will need X1 to control the RGB? Also any pros and cons to X1 over Afterburner?

    You'll definitely need x1 to control rgb. Afterburner is just a more stable program, and has better osd support.
