2080 xc led problem

Hi guys...
 
I've been looking for some info related to the led on the RTX 2080 xc but with no luck.
Bios Update, X1 v 0.3.9.0... I don't know what else I could do to turn the led on again.
 
Could you please help me out?

    Update to the latest version of px1, and try enabling the led again.

    Sadly, it doesn't even recognize the led sync menu.
    I did try to apply different versions of the X1 and Led Sync... but with the latest releases I only get the VGA1 and HWM options on the top.
     
    If I open the Led Sync app on the side is like there's no device to select.
