Can any other software be used to control RGB on EVGA boards?

I have an EVGA Z390 FTW and an EK Velocity waterblock. I'm using the 12v header on the board but E-LEET is honestly garbage when it comes to controlling RGB. It's essentially just a color picker with no preview, you have to apply the changes each time which makes finding the right color pretty tedious. Is there any other software I can use to control the RGB using the onboard header or am I stuck with E-LEET?
 
If not, does EVGA have any plans to improve E-LEET or develop a different set of software to control this? Perhaps rolling it into Precision?
