Hi everyone I have issue with my gpu and I wanted to rma it but I need a ticket first I posted the first question 9 Sept 2020, I got an answer 16 sept. I followed the message instructions and I message him back the same day but till now I don't have answer. Can someone in the technical support team help me. I can't proceed to rma until I got a ticket. Thank you
