Cant set 2060 SC Black fans to 0%. Why not?

The only part of my PC that can't turn its fans off is the 2060 SC Black. How can I achieve this? I dont like listening to it while I am just using M$ Word. I have already tried using Afterburner and also Precision X1. Thanks.

    If you can't set the fan speed to zero, the card probably doesn't have a vBIOS with the 0dB feature.

    Thanks for the reply. Do you know about vbios that I can flash in to enable this feature? Otherwise, I'd have to sell this card.

    You're welcome.  I personally don't know of any 0dB vBIOS for your card.  Not to say there isn't one.  You may want to contact EVGA customer support directly and ask.  You may get lucky.
