Best gaming Ram for a 10770k / z490 combo?

So have my CPU and MB picked out. Motherboard is this:

Now the native Ram support on the 10700k says 2933mhz, but I just can't find any CAS 15 ram with that speed. I didn't really want to overheat my CPU any more but would the following really cause much more heating? (Dont care about the RGB part)

    Some will say go 3400MHz or 3600MHz memory. However if your looking at CL15 memory this 3200MHz kit would look darn nice on that motherboard for just a bit more.

    Having faster RAM or RAM with RGB isn't going to overheat your CPU. Also don't really worry about the "official" specification for RAM speeds from Intel, they are almost completely pointless and only reflect what the CPU was certified to work with. The reality of the matter is the IMC (Integrated Memory Controller) is capable of handling much faster RAM without issue.

    I ended up going with the ram I linked a few days after I originally posted this, but still appreciate the effort in helping me.     
     
    Can you still do dual channel mode on 4 chips?

    Yes, four sticks will run in dual channel mode.
