RTX 2060 ko only showing memory clock 7000 in Precision X1

This issue accrued out of nowhere,  i tried to format and reinstall drivers in many ways still the same issue remained (7001 mhz memory usage)without even running any games etc, i'm pretty desperate can anyone help me ?

    The Memory Clock speed is shown as the 'actual' speed, not the 'effective' speed..The 'actual' speed is 1/2 of the 'effective' speed..In other words, because it's DDR (Double Data Rate) memory, you double the 'actual' speed of 7000MHz and it will have an 'effective' speed of 14,000MHz as it should be for your card..Nothing is wrong.
