Step up from 2070 super oc does not show up as available. Is this a bug?

Anyone know or EVGA member know if the XC3 will be added to stepup? Im running an NZXT H1 case so the FTW3 is too thick for my build and still did the step up around 6:30 am PST...but worse case I can just probably sell it for close to what I paid anyways and get the XC3 model down the road. 

Based on the moderator's responses in other posts, it's not likely, but anything is possible.  They recommend not taking a chance to wait and see.  Your alternative way is still a win-win situation too with only a minor delay since you need to sell your new card to buy the XC3.  

I wonder if the XC3 Ultra will ever make it to the step-up list. Mostly because it is smaller. I applied for the FTW3 Ultra and I have a Meshify C case. It supports GPUs up to 315mm with the front fan installed - 335mm with no front fan. It should fit regardless, but I would like a small GPU.

You have to follow the rules to be eligible for step up. The requirements that most people seem to miss is registering the card within 14 days of purchase, and being within 90 days of the date of purchase.

I did see the XC3 Ultra on the US list for about... 15min? Mid-afternoon (eastern time) or so, but back to just the FTW3 Ultra shortly after that

I hope the XC3 eventually gets back on the list.

That's actually what I missed.  I don't understand the 90 day clause if 14 days is the real window.  How can anyone be outside the 90 days but still within 14 days?  Anyways, the warranty was only $30 so not worth fretting over to miss getting a 3080.

EU/UK Member here. Registered within 6 days of purchase as it states on 'my product' page. Trying to step up from a 2080 Super (Part Number: 08G-P4-3287-KR) since yesterday! Must have gone on to your StepUp page 100's of times. I have no option from the drop down menu to StepUp to a 30 series card, only to 20 series cards.
 
Sort out your communication EVGA regarding this issue as it's rubbish. My eligible days are running down and you're customer support/communication on the matter is appalling and extremely limited.
 
Giving customers the silent treatment doesn't cut it when £100's are at stake due to promises made by your company when selling your cards.
 
All i'm asking for is a time they will be available or a reason why they are not, yet they were in the US etc. Like I said, keeping silent on the matter just infuriates customers.

I tried so many times to get one of 3080 card after launch but couldn't find anything available for purchase and when I checking EVGA website for availability I saw step up program that I am qualify for. I was shocked and What!! EVGA have this fantastic program! I’m in queue today for RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra (which is exactly what I want) from 2080 Super XC ultra purchased on Jul. 9.
I don’t know how long it will takes to get my new card since all 3080 are in sky high demand but I can wait. Paid $98 for upgrade. Price difference, shipping and extended warranty which transferable to new card. It is so awesome!! EVGA ROCKS!!!
