just install windoows 10 pro on my pc ...installed evga percison xoc an keep getting an error "the code execution cannot proceed because d3dx9_443.dll was not found  Reinstalling the program may fix this problem"... ive reiinstalled 3 times with no joy
 
gigabyte x299 motherboard
i9 7980XE cpu +corsair 150pro AIO water cooler
8x 8gb corsair 3200mhz ram 
2x evga gtx 1080ti ftw3 
1tb samsung M.2 nvme 
corsair RM1000x psu

    See that D3DX9_43.dll is in both the C:\Windows\System32 and the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folders..They are two different ones but with the same name..I will upload them to my OneDrive page right away if you need them.
