Hi all!
I have an RTX 2080 where I noticed the screens were off when I went to shutdown. I had to hold the power button to shutoff. When I turned on the system next morning, the screens never came on and I noticed that the 2080 was not lit up inside the case. I think I had this issue once before - but didn't realize it as the restart must've worked. Any ideas what to test/do? The system does not start all the way as it does not become available in Google Remote Desktop.

MB: ASRock X570 PRO4 AM4 AMD X570
PWR Supply: Corsair TX650M CP-9020132-NA

I've opened a support ticket and I'm waiting for a response - but I figured I'd check here as well in case there was something easy to try.

Thanks,
Tad

Got another gpu to test with? Have you tried to move the card to another pci-e slot? Have you tried to power the card with a different set of pci-e power cables?

Tried different slot and switching the pcie cables. When I first power on system, I see a red LED come on very briefly on the 2080 near the PCIE connections. No other sign of life from the card.

Does the system boot normally using the motherboard iGPU?

I think he has an AMD X570 motherboard so more than likely his processor has no integrated graphics capability.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

Yeah. There is no internal graphics. I have an AMD 3800x. And I don't have a spare card around to test. :)

Anyone know what that red LED is supposed to mean by the PCIE connections?
